**Shipping Details:**
- **Single Address Delivery:** Each order is shipped to the address specified at the time of payment. If you need to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
- **Dispatch Time:** We strive to dispatch each item within 3 working days from the order date. However, during festivals, sales, or unforeseen events, dispatch may take up to 5 working days or more.
- **Order Processing:** Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
- **Courier Partners:** We partner with reputable couriers to ensure your order is delivered quickly and securely.
- **Multiple Shipments:** While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

**Delivery Time:**

- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid options. However, COD is not available for all pin codes. You can check COD availability for your address during checkout on our website.

**Damaged Orders:**

**Refunds and Replacements:**
- Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 1 day of receipt of your order and are subject to the following conditions:
  1. Wrong product received.
  2. Damaged product received.
- We will arrange for a reverse pickup. The refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt and verification of the complete product, including packaging and accessories. Any missing or damaged items (excluding those reported by you) will be deducted from the advance payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For replacements, the cost of any missing items must be paid in advance before the replacement product is shipped.

**Please Note:** Refunds or replacements will not be provided for defect-free products based on subjective criteria such as look & feel or minor variations in color or sound quality.
